To BRING & WEAR These small group classes are 60-minutes. Please bring a mat and arrive a few minutes early so that you can set up your practice space. If you don’t have a mat, please request one when you make the reservation. Wear clothing that dries quickly and stays put when you move. Loose shirts tend to slide over your head when we are doing inversions and sweaty clothes may leave you chilled when we are cooling down. For your comfort, I invite you to bring water to stay hydrated and a sweater or soft layer that will keep you warm during savasana, a meditative moment when your body temperature decreases.
WEATHER Conditions & Special EVENTS Classes are outdoors, so we are dependent on the weather and events planned by the city (like marathons, and leaf collection) for optimal practice conditions, but unless I contact you to cancel our session, we will not be deterred by crisp temperatures, a little mist, or a pending concert. When you reserve your class, be sure that I have a way to contact you in the hour before the scheduled start time. I will send a text and email to the entire group if class is cancelled.
